Seminar 2021 Applications are Open!
The Western Michigan University School of Music is excited to announce that the Seminar 2021 High School Music Campwill take place July 19–23, 2021, in a synchronous online format.

SEMINAR 2021 Online features 1-on-1 virtual lessons, masterclasses, instructional content, and counselor-led group activities, as well as asynchronous live-streamed and recorded concerts and masterclasses, links to music faculty generated content, and other inspirational content.

A huge component of SEMINAR is the lifelong friendships that form while making music together in the rehearsal room, as well as outside. Traditionally, SEMINAR camp counselors begin and end each day with students as they head from the dorms to Dalton Center or the cafeteria. With SEMINAR 2021 Online, our camp counselors play just as important a roll, beginning the scheduled day with daily group sessions and ending each evening with group activities, music watch parties, and other relationship-building participatory events.
